Hudson's décor is nearly as spectacular as the food from our open kitchen — with an immense Columbia River stone fireplace, native craftsmanship, and a sweeping mural that celebrates the region’s diverse character. Hudson's Bar & Grill is located inside The Heathman Lodge.
We’re proud to share that Chef Joe Reid has been promoted to Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Coho Services after years of leading Hudson’s kitchen with creativity, skill, and passion.
Stepping into the role of Executive Chef is Michael Rivera, a Pacific Northwest native with more than 20 years of culinary experience cooking and managing kitchens around the world. Chef Michael blends global influences with his love for local ingredients, bringing an adventurous spirit to each plate. Trained by some of the industry’s most talented chefs, he’s passionate about crafting memorable dining experiences and mentoring the next generation of culinary talent.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Michael can be found outdoors — disc golfing, snowboarding, fishing, or exploring with his Lab/German Shepherd mix — or creating art in mediums from pottery to pyrography.
