The evening begins with traditional boxty, Irish potato cakes served with sour cream, chives, and crispy pancetta. Next, enjoy a rich beer cheese soup paired with a warm salted pretzel. For the main course, savor Irish whiskey marinated flat iron steak served with roasted parsnips and finished with vibrant chermoula sauce. End the night with Irish potato candy served alongside Caroline’s Irish Liqueur for a sweet finish. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot today. $49++ per person.

Easter at Hudson’s Bar and Grill feels like a tradition waiting to happen. Tucked inside the cozy, lodge-style setting of Heathman Lodge, the space is warm with the glow of the fireplace, the smell of fresh coffee, and the kind of relaxed energy that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

On Sunday, April 5, Easter brunch unfolds as a generous buffet made for gathering. Carving stations feature prime rib, cedar planked salmon, and honey baked ham. Chefs prepare omelets just the way you like them while tables fill with Eggs Benedict, crab cakes, poached prawns, Tillamook cheddar scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, chicken apple sausage, roasted potatoes, fresh salads, and seasonal sides. Dessert comes next with a chocolate fountain, bread pudding, cakes, and bite-sized sweets that make it hard to choose just one.

Adults are $64.95, kids 6 to 14 are $29.95, and little ones under 6 dine free. Coffee, tea, iced tea, and soda are included.
