Our culinary team takes NW farm to table ingredients to craft a rustic American dining experience in Vancouver, WA.  Hudson's decor is nearly as spectacular as the food crafted in our open kitchen concept. The immense Columbia River stone fireplace, native craftsmanship, and an enormous mural symbolize the region’s diverse character. Hudson's Bar & Grill is located in The Heathman Lodge. 

Executive Chef Joe Reid joins Hudson’s with more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt. Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and fell in love with food when he began working as a dishwasher and learned to cook eggs – which turned into a life passion for working in the food industry.
